I am Tanzanian graduate of Bachelor of Arts with Education (BA.ED) and Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation (MA M&E) both from the Open University of Tanzania. Dedicated and committed Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability specialist with over 5 years working experience. Proven track record in delivering results across departments and able to thrive under any professional settings.

I have more than five (5) years practical experience in working with non-governmental organization in different positions in the areas of Climate Change and Environmental conservation, Health sector particularly on System strengthening and capacity building, agriculture and Value addition chain, Food and Nutrition, HIV/AIDS and GBV, and gender mainstreaming while supervising staffs. Excellent communication skills for relaying information for improvement, process changes and familiar in leadership and management positions delegating tasks to a team of employees. A candidate that combines both strong interpersonal skills with extensive production technical knowledge.
