Professor of Geography of Global Change
I'm interested in climate change responses at the local and regional scale, in particular how public sector organisations adapt to the impacts of climate change by systematic planning and through organisational development and change. I have worked extensively with local and regional governments and agencies in Australia on climate change adaptation planning, both as a practitioner / facilitator and as a researcher. I'm currently Chair of Geography of Global Change at the University of Freiburg in Germany.
