Am Mr isaac Mainye Mariera ,Director Climate Change at County Government of Nyamira,Kenya. I have worked here for 8Years and my maximum working experience is 15yrs cumulatively.
Currently, in my government we are on teething process on structure and budgeting on climate change challenges and this forum will be essential to me and my government for i will gain expertise necessary to jumpstart this program.
