I am a consultant specialising in supporting clients and their communities to collaborate effectively to tackle complex problems. Often this work relates to water management, including local adaptation to sea level rise, catchment management, coastal planning.

Learning is a big focus for me. I design and facilitate authentically collaborative processes and bring useful frameworks and ways of thinking that help groups learn the way forward together to tackle difficult problems.
