Zilani Khonje

I am a journalist by profession with 11 years' experience in print and electronic media having worked for the National TV and Radio. In 2008 i shifted from mainstream journalism to development journalism. I have worked for Population Services International as the Gender and Communications specialist, and with ActionAid International as the Communication and Public Relations Coordinator.
I am very interested in climate change communication and specifically in documenting and sharing cases on how smallholder farmers in Malawi are adapting modern farming technologies to improve their livelihood in the face of climate change. I am also interested in how such communities are working together to reduce the impact of climate change.
