This publication highlights the opportunities for investors in the Mekong Delta and presents the challenges that international businesses may still face in the region.

This baseline comprises all available and desired Climate Service products for the water sector as well as an assessment of the state of the Climate Service infrastructure regarding the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services capacities and potential to generate useful and usable climate information products for water-related sectors.

CSI aims to empower decision-makers to make greater use of Climate Services when planning infrastructure investments and thus help increase infrastructure resilience. In this way, it is helping to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 9.

This handbook is designed for trainees in face-to-face training on integrating climate change adaptation into sustainable infrastructure investment. Its content is complemented by trainer and expert presentations (PPTs), peer discussion groups and interactive role plays.
